The overall goal of the project is to improve the skills for employment in the construction sector, the housing sector and in the sector of energy efficiency. The main aim is increasement of the employment potential of Roma population by increasing individual skills and facilitating access to the labor market. Romalitico was engaged in this project for preparation of a study based on qualitative methods. The Institute conducted the analysis according to predeterminate criteria. The study’s title is “Sustainable Models for Employment of Roma” and it presents the perceptions of the final beneficiaries of the project. The study is also prepared including a gender perspective. |

Main goals of the project “Public and political participation of Roma women” are the following: Improving the status of Roma women by their greater involvement in the public and political life in the country; strengthening and supporting women; Creating favorable environment in the political parties; Increasing awareness among the general population, institutions and the business sector for overcoming barriers, with the aim of increased inclusion of Roma women. The aim of the research conducted by the Institute for Research and Policy Analyses – Romalitico is to present the situation of the numbers and positions of Roma women in political parties, state and public institutions. Romalitico developed and prepared the research methodology for data collection purposes, systematized and processed the collected date. |

The aim of the project is to establish constructive and systematic dialog among local and national institutions and Roma civil sector. The goal is improvement of Roma integration, social inclusion, non-discrimination, inter-ethnic dialog, socio-economic progress and civil rights. The general aim is building the capacities of (pro) Roma organizations that work on improving the status of Roma in Macedonia. The specific aim is strengthening the positions on local and national level of the Roma civil organizations, as well as improving their influence on policies that target Roma as target group. Romalitico prepared an analysis on the governmental policies for Roma inclusion. |
